The campaign manager for presumptive Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has been fired.

The exact reasons for Corey Lewandowski's departure aren't yet clear. There had been reports that he was not getting along with the Trump strategist Paul Manafort.

Bill Whalen - a political analyst who has worked on a number of Republican campaigns - said Donald Trump may be re-shaping his message ahead of the election.
