Britain has a new Prime Minister, Theresa May. It comes after the Conservative leadership contest came to an abrupt conclusion, when one of the two contenders - Andrea Leadsom - dropped out yesterday.

MPs from across Leicester and Leicestershire met with the Health Secretary, Jeremy Hunt, to push for a re-think following last week's shock announcement that all surgery there was to end. NHS England says it's no longer prepared to support Glenfield because its failing to meet new standards set out last year.
