'I've never seen this continent so Eurosceptic'
The UK's referendum on the EU has sent shock waves through capitals around the world. The German Foreign Minister, Frank Walter Steinmeier, said it was a "sad day for Europe and Britain".
But the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, insisted that "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger".
