IDS: 'Significant' amount of money will go on NHS
Leave campaigner Iain Duncan Smith said the promise to spend 拢350m a week on the NHS was derived from the total gross payment to the EU.
He said the Leave campaign did not say "all" of it would go the NHS, but "a significant amount of it" would - though now it was "a matter for the government".
Speaking to Andrew Marr, the former Tory leader said: "There were others bits and pieces like agriculture which was part of that process so there is a divide up, but it is a commitment."
