An international tribunal has dismissed China's claim to much of the South China Sea.
An international tribunal has dismissed China's claim to much of the South China Sea. Anton Alifandi is an analyst from IHS Maritime and tells us more about why China thinks the tribunal has got it wrong. Also in the programme, the European Union says a new 'privacy shield' will help protect citizens' data when it is transferred to the US. But Max Schrems, who led a fight against the predecessor to the new legislation tells us he thinks the new agreement falls way short of protecting privacy. But Paul Meller of Digital Europe which represents tech firms across the EU says there is relief that an agreement has been reached. Plus the 大象传媒's Theo Leggett is at the Farnborough International Air Show, where the world's most expensive fighter jet, the F-35, has been taking to the skies.
