Now, to be a top class player you have to obviously have the talent but how important is the fuel we put into our body in sport.
Recently we've heard Andy Murray admitting to eating 50 pieces of sushi after a match and Novak Djokovic hailed his recent performances to his change in diet and eating only gluten-free foods.
