Former Grand Slam finalist Greg Rusedski says Andy Murray should be considered as one of Britain鈥檚 'greatest sportsmen鈥� after winning Wimbledon for the second time.

Murray beat Milos Raonic in straight to sets to become Wimbledon champion for a second time, his third Grand Slam title.

鈥淭he British public should look at Andy Murray as one of our greatest sportsmen in the history of any sport,鈥� Rusedski said.

鈥淲hat he鈥檚 accomplished is tremendous,鈥� he added.

Rusedski also believes Murray will only improve and has the ability to overtake Novak Djokovic the top of men鈥檚 tennis.

鈥淚 think he can go on and win the US Open now,鈥� said the former Flushing Meadows finalist.

鈥淚 think in 2017 he鈥檒l get to world number one,鈥� he added.
