Bungalows: why are we building so few?
In 1987 thirty thousand bungalows were built, last year there were only two and a half thousand of the single story homes constructed.
Nick Higham explores why bungalows have fallen out of fashion. He talks to John Stewart from the Home Builders Federation, and Catherine Ferry author of a history of bungalows.
