Demand for Indian 'lunchbox' by Asian professionals in UK
For many young Asian professionals in the UK, living away from home, getting an Indian meal that tastes home-cooked, and not very expensive can be a challenge. Small food companies are cashing in on this and are providing a lunchbox that's healthy and affordable. The idea is similar to the Dabbawallahs of Mumbai, who supply thousands of Indian 'tiffins' to offices. Reporter Rahul Joglekar has been finding out more.
