Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho says he is 鈥榳aiting with open arms鈥� for Paul Pogba, with the Juventus midfielder on the verge of a move to Old Trafford.

Pogba are set to pay a world record 拢89m (105m euros) transfer fee for the 23-year-old.

鈥淚f he comes I鈥檒l be waiting for him, with open arms of course,鈥� Mourinho said after guiding United to a 2-1 win over Leicester City in the Community Shield at Wembley.

If Pogba does join United, he鈥檒l be their fourth summer signing after defender Eric Bailly, midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan and striker Zlatan Ibrahimovi膰.

鈥淗opefully Bailly, Mkhitaryan, Pogba and Zlatan is a market of being the spine of the team,鈥� said Mourinho.
