Olympic road cyclist Emma Pooley: I struggled with crosswind
Team GB cyclist Emma Pooley, who came out of retirement to compete in Rio, says she "struggled with the blustery crosswind" when competing in the Olympic women's road time trial.
American Kristin Armstrong won the Gold for the third time, a day before turning 43.
Pooley, 33, who came 14th, said "The weather was a bit different to what we expected," she said. "I had to ditch my visor halfway round because it got steamed up.
"Some people are just better at cornering in the wet, I guess."
