Simon Biles has surpassed Shannon Miller as the most decorated gymnast in U.S. history during the Rio Olympic Games.

The American's gold in the Vault final took the teenager past Miller's 16 medals in Olympic and world competition. A record that has been in place since the Atlanta 1996 Games.

Speaking to Sportsworld's Lee James, Miller says she is in "awe" of Biles, adding that the teenager was "made for the sport".
