Rio Olympics 2016: Electric pace-setting bike explained
Many people have been puzzled by the cyclist in the Olympic velodrome who isn鈥檛 pedalling at all. So we asked Peter Deary, who was a Keirin Derny bike rider during the London 2012 Games, to explain.
