The German Vice-Chancellor says TTIP talks involving the US and EU have 'de facto failed'
The German Vice-Chancellor, Sigmar Gabriel, says talks between the US and EU over implementing a free trade area have 'de facto failed'. Negotiations over the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership - or TTIP - have been going on for 3 years. We ask Sebastian Dullien from the pan-European think tank The European Council on Foreign Relations, whether he agrees with Mr Gabriel's assessment.
