The volunteers at the heart of the action
The last medals have been handed out and the closing ceremony is over. In Rio, people are reflecting on the first games to be held in Latin America - especially the army of volunteers who mobilised to make the games happen. The 大象传媒's Ben James has been speaking to two volunteers who were right at the heart of the action, looking after the athletes in those crucial few minutes before the starting gun fired. Sheila Mamona told him about her experience.
