The study claims managers often select candidates who fit the traditional image of an investment banker and people from poorer backgrounds could lose employment opportunities because of so called fashion errors. We hear from the report's lead author, Louise Ashley and we take to the streets of London to gather the views of ordinary people on dark suits and brown shoes.
