Weight Loss Walker
Have you ever had issues with weight loss, when it has felt like no exercise or diet seems to work?
Well for one man in Hinckley, that was a frustration he felt for over 20 years.
After being overweight for most of his life, and enduring abuse from bullies, David Smith decided to do something about it.
However, despite going to the gym 5 times a week for a number of years, he was still 25 stone, no lighter than before.
Well after taking advice online in 2012, he started eating MORE. Not less, more!
With the help of a food diary, the fat started falling off.
This weekend, David is attempting to climb Mount Snowden, 17 years after a failed first attempt.
大象传媒 Radio Leicester's Jack Rafferty has been out to Burbage Common near Hinckley to meet him.
