A cup of English tea in Vladivostok
There are people from many nations in Vladivostok in the far East of Russia, bordered by Korea and China; Chinese tourists, Korean business people, and building workers from Central Asia. A surprising number of foreigners have moved to the country to settle down, braving the winter chill for the stimulating Asian/European vibe and small-town friendliness of Vladivostok - and amidst all of that is a very English tea shop.
