‘Not a lot of difference with Man Utd this season’ – Waddle
Former England winger Chris Waddle says ‘there’s not a lot of difference’ between the Manchester United side of this season compared to Louis van Gaal’s team last term.
United had won their opening three Premier League games under Jose Mourinho before being beaten 2-1 by Manchester City at Old Trafford.
“They got out of jail at Hull, they beat Southampton with a decent performance, but you haven’t walked away and thought ‘wow, this is a team,’” said Waddle.
“You would think they would improve but from what I have seen so far there’s not a lot of difference from last season,” he added.
