Rachel Morris has described winning rowing gold at the Paralympics in Rio as ‘unreal’

Morris won the arms-shoulders single sculls to add to her Paralympic title in the hand-cycling time trial at Beijing 2008.

"It's one of the best things I've ever done," Morris said

It feels a bit unreal as I had such an appalling start I thought I'd thrown it away," she added.
