Champions League in Leicester, Taxis & Sam Allardyce

Start your day with the latest news and updates, with Jim and Jo at breakfast.

Leicester City face their first ever Champions League match at the King Power Stadium as they welcome two-times European champions Porto tonight. We preview the game with Ian Stringer and Jason Bourne, as well as look at the fanzone being put together for FC Porto fans.

Almost a year ago Leicester found itself in the grip of "go slow" taxi protests. The reason? The planned introduction of a penalty points scheme. But, has it worked? We are joined by Roman Leszczyszyn, who's the head of the city council head of regulatory service, to find out.

The Football Association is investigating allegations that Sam Allardyce used his position as England manager to negotiate a 拢400,000 deal and offer advice on how to "get around" rules on player transfers. The claims have been published in this morning's "Daily Telegraph" following an investigation using undercover recordings. The England manager has yet to respond to the claims.
