The five-year search for my Aboriginal dad
Linda Burney is the one of Australia's first Aboriginal members of parliament. Raised by white relatives of her mother, she embarked on a five year search for her father when she was in her twenties. Their eventual reunion brought more than just a revived relationship with her father - she found a place in the Aboriginal nation too.
