New T20 plan just what cricket needs - Vaughan

Former England captain Michael Vaughan is in favour of the proposal for a new eight-team domestic Twenty20 tournament.

Vaughan says the new competition will help 鈥渞aise standards鈥� and "grow the game" in England and Wales.
