How can an influx of thousands of new migrants most quickly be resettled and integrated into the host country's jobs market?

We hear from two of the million or more migrants to have found refuge in Germany in the last two years - one of whom has set up a business called MigrantHire that helps new arrivals find jobs in Berlin.

The 大象传媒's Michael Kaloki reports from Nairobi on the plight of migrants within Africa, where a quarter of the world's refugees struggle to make a new home.

Presenter Ed Butler also speaks to Dr William Jones of Royal Holloway, who is designing a computer algorithm that matches refugees with host communities within their new home country.
