Collymore: Grealish 'must become boring'
Former Aston Villa striker Stan Collymore says the club's young midfielder Jack Grealish "must become boring" if he is to achieve his potential.
Grealish is subject to an internal investigation by the club following reports of his involvement in an all-night party in Birmingham city centre at the weekend.
Collymore, a lifelong Villa fan, also expressed a concern over the lack of mentoring in football - but said he had made himself available to Grealish "24 hours a day" for guidance.
"Footballers are produce there to be milked like a cow in terms of their talent and when they are surplus to requirements, they are dispensed with", he added.
