Boris Johnson: Triggering Article 50 'cannot drag on'
The Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson has again intervened over the timing of Britain's withdrawal from the EU, saying it can't "drag on".
Speaking to Andrew Marr, he suggested the government would have to invoke Article 50 early next year - to avoid having to send more MEPs to the European Parliament two years later:
