England International cricketer Ben Stokes has said that a cricket fan funded his early England training.

The all-rounder, who plays for Durham at county level said the donor gave 'thousands of pounds'.

Stokes told 5 live's Nihal Arthanayake and Sarah Brett that he can't thank him because the donor doesn’t want 'recognition for it' and 'doesn't know that I know'.
