Haiti: Relief efforts hampered by Hurricane damage
Hundreds of people have been killed and thousands more displaced in Haiti as a result of Hurricane Matthew. Joseph Wendy Alliance from Action Aid spoke to the 大象传媒's Fergus Nicoll from Vallue, to the west of the Haitian capital Port-au-Prince.
