How to relax by folding paper
Samuel Tsang works in a bank in London and he unwinds by folding paper. His parents moved to the UK from China, and brought with them the ancient art of origami - folding paper to make little sculptures. And Sam has taken it to such a level that he's just written a book about origami and how it can help with the stresses of modern life. He came into the Outlook studio earlier with a box of his creations, and explained to Jo Fidgen how even a simple paper envelope can be meaningful. (Picture credit: 大象传媒.)
