Calls from the SNP to cut the House of Lords down to size
The SNP is calling on the Government to reduce the size of the House of Lords. With 800 peers, the upper house is larger than the Commons, which has 650 members.
As Simon Jones reports, the SNP MP Martin Docherty Hughes is no fan of the House of Lords, calling it an "aberration".
