A disabled worker from Witham says the perception of disabled people in the workplace needs to change.

Chelsey Reynolds recently got a job at Essex County Council, which has pledged to increase the number of its disabled employees from 300 to 500 by 2020.

The 25-year-old hopes people's views on those living with a disability will change.
