Uber drivers win key employment case
They're the taxi service that's probably been in the news more than any other over the last few years. And Uber is making headlines again. Their drivers will now be entitled to holiday pay and the national minimum wage after a tribunal decided its 40,000 drivers are staff, and not self-employed. Uber says it's planning to appeal the ruling. Our reporter Simon Hancock has been looking in to this.
