Fitness Guru Rosemary Conley diagnosed with arthritis
The fitness guru Rosemary Conley has revealed that she's been diagnosed with arthritis in her feet.
She told 5 live's Phil Williams that she's been getting regular physiotherapy sessions and steroid injections to treat the condition.
She said she was diagnosed six months ago. "50 years of wearing high heels probably hasn't helped."
"45 years of teaching exercise, and of course these days we wear cushioned shoes and we teach exercise appropriately, but 40 years ago we didn't."
