May blames ex-chief whip for PMQs baby error
Theresa May has mistakenly congratulated Jeremy Corbyn on the birth of his granddaughter, just after he questioned her about benefits cuts.
But after realising her mistake, she turned round to her own benches, she said: "In that case, Mr Speaker can I just say that perhaps one should never trust a former chief whip."
But Mr Corbyn claimed it was "bit unfair" and "very ungallant" to blame Patrick McLoughlin for the error.
