How to create a Good Parliament?
The SNP MP Kirsty Blackman sets out the challenges of being an MP - with two young children and a constituency 500 miles away, as Rachel Byrne reports.
She was speaking in a debate on The Good Parliament report, which contains 43 recommendations on changing working practices to support women and other under-represented groups.
But a Conservative Philip Davies says women don't need "tokenistic clap-trap".
