Lord Fowler: The House of Lords must reform itself
There are now more than 800 peers, a number which Lord Fowler says has started to "erode the reputation" of the Upper House.
In an interview with Sam Macrory for the Westminster Hour, the Lords Speaker warns peers that the issue of the size of the Upper House must be dealt with soon, and certainly by the time of the next general election.
