Woman behind Brexit legal battle receives death threats
Gina Miller, who brought the Brexit case to High Court, is considering telling the police about the vitriol she's received.
Judges ruled that Theresa May cannot trigger Article 50 without Parliament's support, but the Prime Minister has said she will appeal the decision.
Ms Miller, an investment manager, said in response, people had told her they wanted to gang rape her and behead her.
She said she was considering reporting the threats to the police.
