The life of a back-up goalkeeper
Four defenders, four midfielders and two strikers, but there's only room for one goalkeeper in a team. So, how do you handle being a back-up?
Raimond van der Gouw was the second choice keeper at Manchester United between 1996 and 2002, behind one of the greatest goalkeepers of all time - Peter Schmeichel.
Raimond, with the praise of former Liverpool defender Mark Lawrenson, tells Sportsworld's Sarah Mulkerrins how a goalkeeper handles being back-up, both mentally and in training.
