Labour's Deputy Leader Tom Watson says people should be in no doubt that Article 50 will be triggered in Parliament and Labour will not hold up it. The Government is appealing against a High Court decision which ruled that MPs should have a vote on when the UK can start the process of leaving the European Union. Tom Watson told Pienaar's Politics that he thought the country was heading for an early General Election and Europe would be the back drop to it.
