Ken Loach: 'Don't cut disability benefits'
Award-winning filmmaker Ken Loach calls on Chancellor to "outlaw" planned cuts to Employment Support Allowance.
Speaking to the Westminster Hour's Sam Macrory about his latest film 'I, Daniel Blake', Ken Loach said the 30% cuts to new ESA claimants from April 2017 was "cutting money from the most vulnerable".
