The Home Secretary, Amber Rudd, has approved the extradition to the USA of a man suspected of hacking into computers belonging to the American military and government agencies.

Lauri Love, who has Asperger's syndrome, has previously said he feared he'd die in an American prison.

The case has strong parallels with that of Gary McKinnon. a computer hacker who the Americans wanted to put on trial; he, too, has Aspergers.

Conservative MP David Burrowes, who as Gary Mckinnon's MP campaigned against his deportation, has also fought for Mr Love.

His last chance will be a decision from the British High Court
