Meet Katie: ‘The woman who operates a crane’

Women on the Tools, which aims to encourage women to take up jobs like plumbing and construction, says it's a picture which has barely changed in 40 years.
Katie Kelleher is the only female crane operator at Tottenham Court Road Crossrail site.
She said people would often look at her like she had “grown a third head” because they were surprised to see a woman in a crane, but she “loved” the job regardless.
