With driverless car technology advancing at breakneck speed, we could be travelling in them sooner than we think. But what if an accident happens? Who's at fault? That's what's been troubling the insurance industry. The Association of British Insurers has come up with its own proposals, as our technology reporter Theo Leggett explains.
