Europe finds new ways to invest in Africa
The European Investment Bank - the financial arm of the European Union - launched a 1bn euro fund (co-invested with the African Development Bank) to help African start-ups accelerate.
The 大象传媒鈥檚 Lerato Mbele sat down with the bank鈥檚 president, Werner Hoyer, and asked him how to make sense of the world we are living in and how Africa is primed to assume a much more prominent position in a world of unknowns.
