Defecting from Castro's Cuba
Yamile Aldama won world championship silver in the triple jump for Cuba. She later defected, representing first Sudan and later Great Britain in international athletics.
The Havana-born athlete explains how growing up in Castro's Cuba helped nurture her talent - but also why she felt she had to leave.
Speaking to Sportsworld's Lee James Aldama describes why people defected from the country "If you can't make a living out of what you do...its unfair, but that's how it was in Cuba".
