Does parliament need more female MPs?
In 2005, Theresa May co-founded Women2Win with the aim of getting more women into politics. Despite Mrs May now being the UK's second female prime minister, less than a third of MPs are female.
But do more women in parliament necessarily lead to better policy? The Westminster Hour's John Beesley asks how possible changes to constituency boundaries might impact upon female representation in the Commons.
