Emotional homecoming for champions Slaughtneil
Slaughtneil's footballers return home as heroes after 0-12 to 0-9 their Ulster Club Football triumph over Kilcoo completes a unique provincial GAA treble.
The Derry club's victory came after their earlier triumphs in the Ulster hurling and camogie championships, which had never been done before in any of the four provinces.
Slaughtneil assistant manager John Joe Kearney said the scenes at the club as seemingly every man, woman and child in the locality turned up to greet the all-conquering heroes were "unbelievable".
