David Fenton has more as South Central Ambulance struggles with response times.
David Fenton, 大象传媒 South's Heath Correspondent:
"The ambulance service across...the central south and southern England have been getting more and more emergency calls coming in, especially these red one calls.
"These are things like serious road crash accidents, heart attacks, those sorts of thing.
"In certain areas they've gone up three, four times during that time.
"The ambulance is struggling to get to those calls as quickly as they used to."
