Formula 1 driver Nico Rosberg retired from motorsport just four days after winning his first world championship title. The decision has been both applauded and criticised.

So, what would have happened if other sports stars or teams called it a day after reaching the top?

We asked the former Arsenal defender Lauren - a member of their Invincibles side - whether the team would have retired after their undefeated season.
