Does the brain get full?
Neuroscientists Tim Bliss, Graham Collingridge and Richard Morris won the world’s biggest prize for neuroscience earlier this year for their remarkable research on how memories are formed. One particular region of the brain - the hippocampus – is key to creating memories, making us who we are. Claudia Hammond asked them whether the brain ever gets full up.
